The process was pretty quick. I had to come back because one of my ear canals was a bit difficult. You ended up canceling my scheduled second appointment. It wasn't a huge deal for me, but it was kinda annoying to have to adjust my plans.

My visit for checking my ear canal and getting the wax microsuction done was nearby, which was quite convenient, and everything wrapped up in just half an hour. Big thanks to the technician for his skill and professionalism.
